The Role
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding measurable market share, and scaling production statewide.
This leader will expand quality listing inventory, increase closed transaction volume, recruit strategically in priority submarkets, and ensure ELIFIN captures a larger percentage of deal flow across office, retail, industrial, land, and multifamily.
This is a production-driven leadership role focused on winning markets, raising standards, and building long-term dominance across Louisiana.

This leader will expand quality listing inventory, increase closed transaction volume, recruit strategically in priority submarkets, and ensure ELIFIN captures a larger percentage of deal flow across office, retail, industrial, land, and multifamily.

Core Responsibilities
Revenue, Production & Market Share Leadership
- Own and drive statewide revenue performance.
- Increase ELIFIN’s share of listings and closed transactions in each Louisiana market.
- Identify underpenetrated submarkets and deploy recruiting and production strategies to gain share.
- Expand quality listing inventory and control higher percentages of active deal flow.
- Implement and enforce the ELIFIN Block System across all Louisiana offices.
- Maintain strict accountability around daily production blocks, prospecting cadence, and deal velocity.
- Monitor pipeline integrity, listing inventory growth, and closing timelines.
- Drive measurable year-over-year growth in Gross Commission Income (GCI).
Accountability & Performance Standards
- Conduct monthly performance reviews tied to Block execution and revenue and production metrics.
- Eliminate inconsistency and raise individual and team standards.
- Ensure CRM accuracy, reporting discipline, and performance transparency.
- Develop structured accountability rhythms across markets.
Recruiting & Talent Development
- Recruit high-character, high-activity producers aligned with ELIFIN standards.
- Prioritize recruiting in strategic territories to increase revenue density and market penetration.
- Oversee onboarding and integration into the Block System.
- Develop future Market Leaders from within.
Retention & Culture Protection
- Drive long-term producer retention through performance clarity and growth pathways.
- Protect ELIFIN’s culture of truth, accountability, and action.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial real estate production experience, including demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and increasing market share within a brokerage environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, or overseeing producers in a high-performance sales organization.
- Demonstrated ability to scale listing inventory, control deal flow, and increase closed transaction volume.
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- History of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing agents.
- Comfortable enforcing structure, accountability, and production standards across multiple markets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market opportunity into measurable execution.
- Willingness to travel statewide and operate at a hands-on leadership level.
Compensation
Base Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
