Transaction Manager
Location: Baton Rouge, LA

You’re also comfortable reading contracts, spotting inconsistencies, and advancing work forward without someone telling you what to do next. You want a role where you’re trusted to get things done, and you take personal ownership of every step of a process, from the first listing agreement to the final commission payment.
If you’ve got real estate or Salesforce experience, that’s a major bonus, but even if you don’t, if you’re highly logical, organized, and take pride in clean, accurate work, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

A few things we really think you should have:
- At least 2 years experience in a transaction coordination, accounting, finance, or similar support role
- Real estate experience is a huge plus
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
- You have extreme attention to detail — nothing gets past you
- You are highly averse to errors and take personal pride in getting it right
- You’re logical and can understand real estate agreements and contracts (training provided)
- You’re proactive, self-directed, and don’t need daily oversight to stay productive
Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Processing all deals and transaction stages including:
- Converting listing agreements into active listings
- Advancing listing to “pending deals”
- Handling amendments and deadline changes
- Recording closed deals
- Processing price changes
- Receiving and reviewing contracts from agents
- Reading and managing contracts — ensuring accuracy and updating pipeline statuses accordingly
- Maintaining and auditing company pipeline in Salesforce
- Coordinating escrow deposits and acting as liaison between agents and title companies
- Recording commissions
- Preparing invoices
- Managing documents in Dropbox with consistent naming and organization
- Preparing documents and assisting with transaction paperwork
- Placing sign orders and coordinating with vendors
- Operating independently and staying ahead of deadlines without direct supervision
